Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
